From cupcakes to cookies, breakfast items to specialty cakes, the vegan goodies at Leda's are baked from scratch using the finest all-natural ingredients, including non-hydrogenated Earth Balance shortening, organic soy milk and organic sugars from Wholesome Sweeteners and Florida Crystals. We can cater your vegan special events too!
Cupcakes
We offer our cupcakes in mini and regular sizes. We have 1 to 3 vegan flavors on hand daily. Please give us a 24 hour lead time for special orders (12 cupcake minimum per flavor).

Our decorations are made with commercial fondant that does not contain any animal products, however, we cannot be certain the sugar is processed to vegan standards. This is why we don’t use them on our vegan cupcakes. If you are interested in having these decorations on your cupcakes, please let us know and we will be more than happy to include them.
Please allow at least 3 days for cupcake orders with custom decorations (letters, specific colors or shapes).
Cakes
Our cakes come in 6, 8, 10 and 12 inch rounds. They each have 3 layers of cake with 2 layers of filling and are 4 ½ to 5 inches tall. You can chose any combination of cake, filling and frosting.
